Young Adults (18-25 years old)
DBT Skills group therapy
The DBT informed skills group therapy program will focus on teaching individuals mindfulness and distress tolerance skills to help better manage distressing emotions and make better choices.

Cool Kids® group therapy
Cool Kids® is a family-based treatment program that provides children and parents with skills and strategies to help children manage their anxiety.

Group Therapy for Kids
Group therapy for children is a structured and supportive environment where young individuals come together in a small group to address various emotional and behavioral challenges. Led by a trained therapist, these sessions offer a unique opportunity for children to interact with peers who may be facing similar issues. Through group discussions, activities, and exercises, children learn essential social and emotional skills, including communication, empathy, and problem-solving. Group therapy can be particularly effective for issues like social anxiety, bullying, grief, and emotional regulation. It provides a safe space for children to express themselves, gain insights, and build confidence while receiving support from both the therapist and their peers.
Group Therapy
Sydney Psych Hub offers a number of group therapy programs to support mental and emotional wellbeing. Group therapy can either be used as a stand alone treatment, or integrated into a comprehensive treatment plan that also includes individual therapy and other supports.
